Jalapeno Juice Recipes
1. The Simplest Jalapeno Juice
You can make a simple green jalapeno juice. This spicy drink needs cucumbers, kale leaves, celery stalks, romaine lettuce leaves, lime, camu berry powder and jalapeno pepper with the seeds removed. Take two cucumbers, three kale leaves, four stalks of celery and two leaves of lettuce in a juicer, add one jalapeno pepper and juice till all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the juice into a blender or shaker and add a quarter teaspoon of camu berry powder and juice of half a lime. Blend till you have a finely mixed green jalapeno juice.
2. Jalapeno Tomato Juice
You may add a dash of color and enhance the flavor of jalapeno juice with some tomatoes. For jalapeno tomato juice you will need tomatoes, celery, carrots, spinach, lime, and jalapeno. If you want to make two servings, take three tomatoes and four carrots, four stalks of celery and one cup of spinach, half a lime, and half a jalapeno pepper. You may go for one jalapeno pepper if you want a spicier drink but be careful if you are not familiar with the spice. You do not want the juice to be too hot on your palate.
Clean all the vegetables and the jalapeno. Chop the bottoms and tops of celery and carrots. Remove the seeds of jalapeno. Cut the lime into half and keep aside. Juice the tomatoes, celery, and carrots. You may only juice the celery and carrots and add the tomatoes later if you want a denser drink. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mix, pour it into a blender and blend till you get the desired texture. Add lime and you may also pour in a few cubes of ice.
3. A Flavorsome and Refreshing Jalapeno Juice
You can combine tomatoes and cucumbers to make a refreshing jalapeno juice. Get four ripe tomatoes, four cucumbers, one large jalapeno pepper without the stem, three basil leaves, two stalks of celery and a lemon wedge. Juice all the ingredients together in your best juicer and then add a lemon wedge as a garnish. You may use some cumin, sea salt or pepper to spice up the drink further.
